Nankhat Felock is a highly accomplished professional, holding an MBA in Management with a focus on Training & Development from Roosevelt University, and a bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from San Francisco State University. Armed with this exceptional academic background, she possesses a unique skill set that allows her to inspire others and create a meaningful impact in their lives.

With an extensive career spanning over 15 years in the banking and fintech industry, Nankhat has gained recognition for her expertise as a Master Trainer, Learning Consultant, and certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner. Her experience and knowledge enable her to work closely with senior leaders, assisting in the identification, development, and support of cultural change management objectives through diverse learning and training initiatives. Additionally, she extends her expertise to solo-preneurs, providing valuable business strategies, and actively contributes as a board member to two non-profit organizations.
